三相分离器用于油//气和沙子的分离,一般由壳体、入口气液分布器、缓冲板、冲沙系统、聚结板、堰板和除雾器组成。

The three-phase separator is designed to separate oil/water/gas and sand. It is generally composed of shell, inlet gas-liquid distributor, buffer plate, sand flushing system, coalescence plate, weir plate and demister.

 

工作原理/Principle of Operation

当油、水、气和沙子混合物进入三相分离器时,首先经过入口气液分布器,使液体与气体得到初步分离,夹带液滴的气体经过除雾器,得到进一步净化,使其成为干气而从出气口排出。在重力作用下,由于油水密度差,自由水沉到容器沉降室底部,油浮到流体上层,并溢流过油水堰板进入油室。油室内浮子式液位调控器通过操纵排油阀控制原油排放,沉降室底部分离出的游离水通过油水界面调控器操纵的排水阀排出。砂子则沉降于沉降室底部,检修时通过冲沙系统排出。

The mixture of oil, water, gas and sand first passes through the inlet gas-liquid distributor to make the liquid and gas get preliminary separation when entering into the three-phase separator. The gas carrying liquid drops passes through the mist eliminator and is further purified to become dry gas and be discharged from the gas outlet. Under the action of gravity, due to the density difference between oil and water, the free water sinks to the bottom of the settling chamber, and the oil floats to the upper layer of the fluid, and overflows through the oil-water weir plate into the oil chamber. The float type liquid level controller in the oil chamber controls the discharge of the oil through the oil drain valve, and the free water in the bottom of the settling chamber is discharged through the drain valve operated by the oil-water interface controller. The sand settles at the bottom of the settling chamber and is discharged through the sand flushing system during maintenance.

位于沉降室前部的缓冲板可以减少流体涌动对后部油水分离区域的影响,位于沉降室中部的聚结板通过提高油水的聚结速度大大地提高油水的分离效率。

The buffer plate in the front of the settling chamber can reduce the influence of fluid surge on the oil-water separation area in the rear. The coalescence plate in the middle of the settling chamber can greatly improve the oil-water separation efficiency by increasing the coalescence speed of oil and water.
